When you ask about a stay, we collect the details you provide: your name, contact information, dog’s name and weight, requested dates, city, care notes, and any parking, charging, or camera-access request. We use these details to respond and arrange care. An inquiry does not automatically book a stay.
Services that help this website work
Vercel hosts the site. Resend handles inquiry notifications and email acknowledgments. Cloudflare Turnstile helps limit automated submissions; it may process technical information such as browser and network signals. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services. This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
What to leave out
Please do not submit payment details, identity documents, veterinary files, or your private home address through this initial form. We ask for any additional care information separately when needed.
Contact and retention
We use your contact details for this inquiry and related care arrangements, not unsolicited marketing. We do not sell inquiry information. We retain correspondence only as needed to handle inquiries, provide care, and meet applicable recordkeeping needs. To ask about access, corrections, or deletion, email us.
Photos and the home
This is a private home in Donna, Texas. Exact directions are shared privately by appointment. Exterior cameras are used at the property. Optional guest-room camera access is arranged separately, not provided through this public website. Before a camera-enabled stay, we explain the view, access period, recording/audio settings, and access rules. Guest access must be limited to that stay and revoked afterward; it must not expose other household cameras or previous guests’ recordings. We ask permission before using customer or guest-dog photos in public marketing.
